A design exploration to create a scalable tool for managers and employees to define, calibrate, and communicate job role expectations inside Amazon’s Global Talent Management & Compensation (GTMC) team.
Context
Employees and managers often struggled with role clarity. Guidelines lived in fragmented documents, leading to confusion and misalignment. My work aimed to design a centralized builder where roles could be defined, reviewed, and refined with both AI-powered suggestions and manual calibration tools.
